Year 5 School Journey 2025

School Journey will take place from Monday 31st March 2025 - Friday 4th April 2025

Where: Kingswood at Grosvenor Hall in Ashford. https://www.kingswood.co.uk/locations/grosvenor-hall

Cost: Total per child: £250 per child

Support: Grant of £130 given automatically for children entitled to free school meals, this reduces the price to be paid by parents to £120.

What is included:

  • Coach travel to and from the center
  • Activity sessions in groups with fully qualified instructors
  • Evening activities Monday-Thursday
  • All Meals
  • Accommodation in rooms of up to 6 people with en-suite shower rooms
  • Bedding provided
  • Insurance

Payment schedule: Payments to be made via the My Child at School app' 

  • Deposit: £50 due by Friday 18th October 2024. This secures your child's place. All deposits are non-refundable from this date.

The balance can be paid as and when you want to, for any amount, but must be paid in full by: Friday 31st January 2025 - you will see the payment item in the "Trips" section on MCAS.

Important note

Please note that any child whose behavior in school is consistently falling below expectation will not be permitted to attend school journey.

As always, parents will be informed if we have any concerns however if the deposit has already been paid, this will be lost. Children will be informed and reminded of this.
