We are very proud of the outcomes achieved by our pupils in 2026. In the Early Years, 76% of children achieved a Good Level of Development, a significant improvement from the previous year. By the end of Year 2, 87% of pupils had met the expected standard in phonics, representing an improvement on previous years.

At the end of Key Stage 2, pupils achieved exceptionally strong outcomes across reading, writing and mathematics. 85% reached the expected standard in reading, 87% in writing and 90% in mathematics, all above national figures. Particularly high proportions of pupils also achieved the higher standard. In addition, 85% of pupils achieved the expected standard in reading, writing and mathematics combined, compared with 63% nationally, with 23% achieving the higher standard.

These outcomes are particularly encouraging within the context of our highly inclusive school community, where the proportion of pupils with additional needs and those experiencing disadvantage is considerably higher than nationally.

Results 2019-20
